Anne-Sophie Pic
受到高度讚揚的《白色之書》(Le Livre Blanc)作者,是法國知名烹飪世家的最新一代傳人,她繼承了四代精緻法國料理的知識與經驗,延續了這個優秀的傳統,在2012年獲選為世界最佳女主廚。她是唯一一個在法國以她自有的兩家餐廳獲得米其林三星的女主廚,也創辦了她自己的廚藝學校 - Scook,目的是要把她豐富的知識傳授給她眾多的學生。
